We currently ship products Monday through Friday via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.  The Postal Service provides to us the Service and Coverage to handle our needs and our customers needs best for smaller light weight packages.  UPS is a great option for heavier weight multiple item orders. Usually 3 or 4 pounds and heavier.

 

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS with Real Time Shipping Rates, along with a small "Handling Fee" applied to each order. To calculate your shipping costs prior to checking out, type in your zip code while in your shopping cart and you will get an aproximate shipping charge. All items ship from zip code 18032 in the USA.

 

International Shipping - Please note

• Express Mail is the only USPS International Service that has a Tracking Number that is consistantly scanned through out there system. International Express Mail takes 4-10 days for delivery.
• USPS Priority Mail International takes 4-20 Days for delivery although a Delivery Confirmation Number is provided the USPS may not scan the item until it delivers.
• USPS First Class International takes 4-10 days for delivery does not offer a tracking number other than the customs form. This option is only available on light weight items less up to 2 pounds.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii & Peurto Rico:  You must select a delivery option by the United States Postal Service. We do not or can not use UPS for these locations. 

Delivery Confirmation:  All packages (Except International Orders) are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation.  Although this is a good way to track your package, please keep in mind that the packages are normally scanned at our local Post Office and then again at the destinations Post Office.  Where UPS provides real time updates on your shipments status.

Insurance:  Although it is not mandatory for orders under $200.00, we do recommend Insuring your packages, especially those over $50.00. 

 

**Please note that CollectorsGateway.com will not be responsible for any damaged or lost package(s) due to the Shipping Carrier.  We send all orders out (Except International Orders) with a Delivery Confirmation as well as pride ourselves in our extensive packaging so that your merchandise arrives to you safely.**

 

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:  early May 2008 we will be offering free domestic ground shipping on orders over $149.99. The carrier for this option will be at the descretion of Collectorsgateway.com. In most cases it will be UPS. However APO and FPO addresses must ship via the US Postal Service. Free ground shipping is for Continental United States only.

• This offer is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or Territories of the United States.
• Offer is valid at our Collectorsgateway.com website only. This offer can not be used at any of our other selling venues (IE Amazon, EBay, Ioffer or any other non-collectorsagteway.com sales venues not mentioned.)
• Your merchandise order must total over $149.99 after any discounts or other promotions.
• Offer is for retail purchases only. Wholesale accounts do not qualify for free shipping.
• Your order must ship to an address within the Continental United States (lower 48 states)
• The Free Shipping Option will appear at check out. You must choose the free shipping option in order to receive this promotion.
• The shipping speed is the option of Collectorsgateway.com. Although most orders will ship UPS Ground Service, Collectorsgateway.com reserves the right utilize the USPS for deliver. The Carrier used is at the discretion of Collectorsgateway.com.
• You must provide a delivery address that can be serviced by both carriers. Contact our office or Live Online Support if you have any questions.
• Offer may be suspended at anytime with out notice.
• In case of a software glitch we reserve the right to refuse this free shipping offer if the terms and conditions are not meet. This will either be a refund or we may require the customer to pay the actual shipping charges but is soley at our discretion.
• No returns will be accepted under the terms and conditions of this offer. However incorrect, damaged or defective items will be handled as per our normal return / replacement policy.
