We currently ship Monday through Friday via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
UPS is our default shipping option for shipments of 1 pound or more. You can still choose USPS by clicking the US Postal Service button during the checkout process.
All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS with Real Time Shipping Rates, along with a small "Handling Fee" applied to each order. To calculate your shipping costs prior to checking out, type in your zip code while in your shopping cart and you will get an approximate shipping charge. All items ship from zip code 18032 in the USA. All shipping times are from the date shipped not the date ordered.
United StatesPostal Service (USPS):
The Postal Service provides the Service and Coverage to handle our customers needs best for smaller light weight packages. USPS Services all PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. We do allow for First Class Mail on items with a shipping weight of less than 13 ounces.
First Class Mail if available takes 2-7 days for delivery. It is similar to mailing a letter.
Parcel Post is the USPS Low cost option and takes 4-20 days to deliver.
Priority Mail is a cost efficient speedier delivery option. Order delivers within 2-4 business days in the US.
A Note about Flat Rate Priority Mail Boxes: The sizes are not feasible for most of our products. If however we are able to utilize this option we will and will make an appropriate refund if applicable.
United Parcel Service (UPS):
UPS is a great option for heavier weight multiple item orders, usually for orders 3 pounds and heavier. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. We need a physical street address.
UPS Ground Service Offers - real time shipment tracking, package insurance for the first $100.00 and reliable delivery. Refer to the UPS Service Map below for service standard times to the US. In some cases this faster than USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping - Please note Express Mail is the only USPS International Service that has a Tracking Number that is consistently scanned through out there system.
International Express Mail takes 4-10 days for delivery.
USPS Priority Mail International takes 4-20 Days for delivery although a Delivery Confirmation Number is provided the USPS may not scan the item until it delivers.
USPS First Class International takes 4-20 days for delivery does not offer a tracking number other than the customs form. This option is only available on light weight items less than 2 pounds.
Due to Recent International Events all International Orders Placed will be held for approximately 2-3 weeks before shipping. (If you are an already established customer with us your order will ship with-in 48 hours.). We apologize for the interruption in service, but this is out of our control.
Other Shipping Options:
Expedited Shipping Options are not available through our cart. Due to the fact that there are many variables such as time of day ordered and dimensional weight costs, we can assist you with this over the phone with these options.

Flat Rate Shipping** – Currently we are offering a flat rate charge of 10.95 for any order of $35.00 to $100.00 delivered to a domestic address. Excludes PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. You must choose this option at checkout.
Free Shipping Category:
We currently have over 50 items that ship free to a Standardized USA Address. This includes all APO/FPO, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands addresses. The only restriction is that you must meet our shopping cart minimum which is $7.00. Review our Free Shipping Category Page for all items available. Items do change in this category.
The Order must ship to a Standardized USA Address, including APO/FPO, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. (International Orders do not qualify for this promotion.) Items from other Categories may require a Shipping Fee depending on the overall total order.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions: we offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $149.99. The carrier for this option will be at the discretion of Collectorsgateway.com. In most cases it will be UPS. However APO and FPO addresses must ship via the US Postal Service. Free ground shipping is for Continental United States only.
This offer is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or Territories of the United States.

Your merchandise order must total over the posted amount after any discounts or other promotions.

Your order must ship to an address within the Continental United States (lower 48 states)

The shipping speed is the option of Collectorsgateway.com. Although most orders will ship UPS Ground Service, Collectorsgateway.com reserves the right to utilize the USPS for deliver. The Carrier used is at the discretion of Collectorsgateway.com.
You must provide a delivery address that can be serviced by both carriers. Contact our office or Live Online Support if you have any questions.

In case of software glitch we reserve the right to refuse this free shipping offer if the terms and conditions are not meet. This will either be a refund or we may require the customer to pay the actual shipping charges but is solely at our discretion.
No returns will be accepted under the terms and conditions of this offer. However incorrect, damaged or defective items will be handled as per our normal return / replacement policy.

Insurance: Although it is not mandatory for orders under $200.00, we do recommend insuring your packages, especially those over $50.00. UPS Ground offers automatic insurance for the first $100.00.
**Please note that CollectorsGateway.com will not be held responsible for any uninsured packages that are received damaged or lost due to the Shipping Carrier. We send all orders out (Except International Orders) with a Delivery Confirmation as well as pride ourselves in our extensive packaging so that your merchandise arrives to you safely. **
Returns: If there are any problems with your shipment, please email us within 7 days from receipt of your package at customer.service@collectorsgateway.com so that we can assist you. Please be sure to include:
Your name, customer number and order number found on packaging slip.
Product Description and issue with product and reason for wanting an RMA.
Email address and Telephone number where you can be reached during normal business hours.
THERE WILL BE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE FOR ANY RETURNS

Returns are NOT accepted without a prior authorization and an "RMA Number".
We must be notified of any Return within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. The product must be in the original state you received it in and unopened.
If the item was opened and we are unable to resell the item, we reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund along with the original s/h fees.
Even though we take great measures in packaging our merchandise soundly, sometimes there are mishaps. If for some reason your merchandise becomes damaged in shipping or is defective we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item (s). Depending upon the damage and how it was created will depend upon the refund. If we shipped you the wrong item, we also must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the item (s). We will then discuss at that time how you the customer would like to handle the situation. (i.e.: return for refund, return for correct item, etc) All items being returned must be returned using the USPS with a Delivery Confirmation Number or UPS Ground in order to track the package. If we do not receive the item back, we cannot refund your account, it's as simple as that. Refunds can take up to 7days from the day of receipt into our warehouse. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice in the box so the refund can be issued promptly.
Most items are all case fresh; we take great measures to protect the merchandise in shipping. A small package blemish or wrinkle is not considered a damaged product. This is just a reality of manufactures case packaging.
If the return is not due to an error of ours, you the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If a package is lost or misdirected due to an address that was given to us incorrectly we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued. Please make sure you double check your ship to address before completing your order with CollectorsGateway.com
If an order is returned/refused/unclaimed, by the customer or returned to us without a Return Authorization Number due to incorrect ship to information given, you will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee against your merchandise and no s/h will be refunded.
